Founded in 2009, the company has experienced incremental growth that has been contributed by its consistency and commitment in handling research projects in different sectors of the economy. As an ad-hoc research agency, Impact Research Centre develops custom designed solutions to address particular questions facing organizations. We provide a wide range of services to our clients including survey design, data collection, data processing, and analysis of findings. We have won the trust of different clientele over the years; little wonder, over 60% of our business comes in through referrals by a chain of our satisfied clientele and repeat business. We keep a documented quality management system that covers procedures, instructions and methods as part of our commitment to ISO 20252 quality assurance.
