Mystery Shopping is the method by which a company evaluates its employees' performance. In this, a person in disguise pretends to be a customer, visits the company outlet, interacts with the employees and assesses their ability to build a rapport with the customer in order to sell their products. Apart from evaluation of performances, mystery shoppers analyze other commercial aspects of the outlets. These aspects could be price, availability, and quality of the product, customer service, telephones handling and house-keeping.
